You’ll need to get a new card if you want to use Swift again. If you have any pay as you go credit or have auto top up turned on, they will be transferred to your new card. Assessment of eligibility for disabled person’s pass

The best way to manage your Swift card is to register it online. You can ask for compensation if your Swift card didn’t work and you had to buy a new ticket. Apply for the refund at the ticket office where you bought your season ticket.

If you want to travel before 9.30am, you can get a £2 single fare on any operator’s buses. This cost will be limited to the payment of the medical assessors’ fees only. A medical assessor can include a General Practitioner, Consultant Psychiatrist or Hospital Consultant, but in most cases will involve an independent medical assessor. Such conditions include (but are not limited to) dementia (or any organic brain syndrome); behaviour disorders (including post head injury syndrome and Non- Epileptic non gamstop casino Seizure Disorder); and personality disorders.
